Blue Sky was a defense system created by the Vector to hide Puerto Angel and pirate ships from sight and radar. Thanks to this device, Cortes and the pirates can conduct raids without fear.
The Sphere planned to deactivate Blue Sky by fooling the pirates into capturing a sphere containing Mila's memories.
